Dear Senator Inhofe,

I was extremely dismayed to read that you plan on blocking legislation that would set mandatory limits on greenhouse gas emissions. 

You are completely incorrect in stating that, “science is overwhelmingly taking away the basis for the alarm.”  In fact recent calculations indicate that the polar ice caps are melting more rapidly than previously estimated.   The data on temperature and water levels still stand and is supported by the vast reputable majority of reputable scientists.  Your denial of these facts jeopardizes the future of my children and grandchildren.  It also threatens your family.   As a pro-life Christian, I would think that you would want to do everything you can to help preserve the Lord’s creation. 

Also, with Oklahoma’s natural resources of wind, switch grass and natural gas, addressing the energy needs of America is an economic boom waiting to happen in our state. 

Please open your mind and heart and listen to the evidence of global warning that you continue to ignore. Please step up to the plate now and be part of the solution to the global warming crisis.
